2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 09.01.2024 passed in Special Case No-18 of 2022 arising out of Vigilance Case No-29 of 2022 dated 23.06.2022 instituted under section -7 (a) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

3. The petitioner is accused in a trap case. The police papers are yet to be handed over to him. He can raise all the grounds in his defence after the police papers are supplied and
