JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-06-2015 The petitioner is aggrieved by issuance of Parcha by the Circle Officer, Chenari vide letter no. 35/C/ Rev. dated 08.11.2013.

2. The petitioners submit that a title suit is pending and during the pendency of the suit, the Parcha ought not to have been issued.

3. In case, if the petitioners file an objection before the Circle Officer pointing out the pendency of the title suit, he would dispose of the objection of the petitioners within a month.

4. In case, the beneficiaries have not come into possession, status quo as of today would be maintained only for a period of four weeks only.
