JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed for issuing a direction upon the District Magistrate, Patna to grant arms licence to the petitioners in lieu of the arms licence being possessed by the deceased father of the petitioners, however, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after coming into force of the New Arms Rules, 2016, the petitioners have again filed a fresh application for grant of arms licence on 22.07.2022, hence the same be directed to be disposed off expeditiously. If that be the matter, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Patna to dispose off the aforesaid
