2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioner is the co-villager of the deceased. He is named in the FIR along with other accused having participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37025 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., West, Muzaffarpur /concerned Court below in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024.
