2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 403 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 201, 364, 386 and 120(B) of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of abduction of son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. He next submits that similarly situated several accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court and co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48907 of 2024(3) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 Misc. No. 41308 of 2023 and Cr. Misc No. 40500 of 2023 vide order dated 30.08.2023, Cr. Misc. No. 6079 of 2024 vide order dated 01.03.2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 29076 of 2024 vide order dated 19.04.2024 respectively.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Katihar in connection with Barari P.S.
