The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 37 (b) of Bihar Excise Prevention Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 17 bottles of foreign liquor each containing 375 ml. was recovered from possession of this petitioner. The Breath Analyzer Test was done which shows that petitioner has also taken the liquor. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 17.12.2016. It is mentioned in para-3 of bail petition that petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3074 of 2017 (2) dt.06-02-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Excise Case No. CI 602 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
