Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the opposite party no.2 The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.22 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
