Petitioner, who is husband of opposite party no.2 apprehends arrest in a case registered for offence under sections 498A and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act . Petitioner, who is husband of the victim, is alleged to have subjected his wife to cruelty for bringing dowry. Petitioner has not complied with the compromise conditions agreed during mediation.
