The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 342, 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is specific allegation upon the petitioner of firing by means of country made pistol upon Sanjeev Kumar, which hit on his neck and he succumbed to firearm injury. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 212 of 2019 arising out of Rajgir P.S. Case No. 343 of 2018 pending before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35382 of 2019(3) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 the court of the learned Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif. Accordingly, the application is dismissed. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within one year. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
