The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No.112 of 2001 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 307, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the case diary of this case was called for, which has been received.

Considering the fact that the case is very old and that the petitioners' name have surfaced much later as a result of which they are apprehending their arrest, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

No.16421 of 2015 (4) dt.14-09-2015 copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Jamui in connection with S.Tr. No.516 of 2013 arising out of Khaira P.S.Case No.112 of 2001 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

It is made clear that the petitioners shall appear before the court below on each and every date. It is further directed that one of the bailors shall be a family member of the petitioners who shall forward any change of address so that the trial is not prejudiced in any manner. If the petitioners absent themselves for two consecutives dates then it shall open to the court below to cancel the order passed in favour of the petitioners. (Anjana Mishra, J) B.Kr./- U T
