The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 413/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 20 and 22 of the Indian Penal Code. 500 grams of ganja is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner denies that anything was recovered from his possession and because of his having been made accused in the past in two cases, he has been made accused in this case also.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner and the nature of accusation, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 413/2020.
