2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 02.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 52744 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, according to allegation, three accused persons became successful in fleeing away, whereas four accused persons including the petitioner were arrested. He has further submitted that instead of mentioning 48.204 kg of ganja in the earlier order, it was mentioned as 64 kg of ganja. He has also submitted that the videography of the search and seizure was not conducted.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and
