ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties, an attempt was made to settle the dispute, but it could not be done. Be that as it may, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 28.5.2015 is hereby confirmed in connection with Dehri P.S. case No.266 of 2010 pending in the court of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas.

However, from now on the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2 instead of Rs.750/-.
