The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 356 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband. The informant made allegation that the petitioner killed his wife and concealed her dead body.

It is submitted that during course of investigation, it has come that the petitioner quarrelled with his wife and on account of such his wife left her house and went away. There appears that the wife of the petitioner is still missing. There is allegation that the petitioner killed his wife and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16476 of 2015 (3) dt.01-07-2015 disposed of her dead body.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
