In the present application, modification has been sought in the order dated 11.12.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.16957 of 2017 to the extent that in place of furnishing Bank Guarantee, it may be read as furnishing original Registration paper of the vehicle in question or and deed of landed properties for equal value.
We do not find any merit in the prayer of the petitioner.
