2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 315, 316, 498A, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. By order dated 19.08.2023, the matter was adjourned to facilitate the parties for working out on an amicable settlement. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has already been settled between the parties.
4. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail,
