Petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.R.P. D.B. G/ S.M.I. Rail (Darbhanga/ Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2016 registered under Section 16 of the Bounded Labour System Abolition Act, 1976.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the alleged children and he has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.10.2016. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 28.01.2017 and 27.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2193 of 2017 and 9002 of 2017 respectively.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4211 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Rail), Samastipur in connection with G.R.P. D.B. G/ S.M.I. Rail (Darbhanga/ Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2016.
