Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Punpun P.S. Case No. 130 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 349 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the occurrence has taken place on account of a trivial issue and there is case and counter case from both the sides, this application is allowed.
