2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79673 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 269 of 2018, pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur at Ara, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

4. The order dated 06.02.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
