06-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 19.10.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 27611 of 2020.

On last occasion, vide order dated 01.09.2021, a report with regard to stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'X'. From perusal of the same, it appears that after framing of charges, the case is pending for prosecution evidence.
