The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 406, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.

The petitioner is an employee of a Company. He issued a cheque, which bounced.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 23 of 2016.
