2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 200 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Prosecution case is that the accused persons armed variously attacked the informant and also resorted to indiscriminate firing. The informant alleged that this petitioner along with other accused hatched conspiracy to kill him.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of assault against this petitioner. He is only

5. Considering the facts of the case, this pre-arrest bail petition is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge V cum A.C.J.M. IInd, Samastipuar, in connection Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 200 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
