JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 05-07-2017 While hearing the matter on 23.6.2017 objections were raised by learned senior counsel representing the Bihar State Legislative Assembly, thereafter, we had directed the petitioner to file his supporting documents and other materials in support of the contention and a week's time was granted to the petitioner to rectify the same. In spite of the order passed on 23.6.2017, nothing has been done. The order has not been complied with and today when the
4/4 matter is taken up, we find that the petitioner and his counsel are absent.
Keeping in view the aforesaid, we are not inclined to proceed in the matter. As no case is made out based on the pleadings and documents available on record, we dismiss the writ petition on merit on the basis of materials available on the record.
