JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Having heard learned counsel for the parties who are also unanimous in their submission that the case in hand is squarely covered by an order of this Court dated 21.8.2014 in C.W.J.C.No. 826/2014 (Sanjeet Kumar Ojha & ors. v. the Union of India & ors.) and its analogous cases.
That being so, this writ application is also disposed of in the same terms as in the case of Sanjeet Kumar Ojha (supra). The
Patna High Court CWJC No.16982 of 2014 (2) dt.22-04-2015 period of three months for disposal of the representation of the petitioners, however, shall run from the date of receipt of this order.
