2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 290/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and others are accused of committing a loot of Rupees Fifteen Thousand and a mobile phone etc. The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2023 and there is no recovery from the petitioner. No T.I.P. has been held.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been made accused only because of his criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38059 of 2026(2) dt.30-06-2026 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 290/2022.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Triveniganj Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
