2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 319 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) and 25 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 1.520 Kg of charas from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2025 and has 13 criminal antecedents. The allegations against the petitioner are serious and grave in nature.

5. Considering the huge recovery of charas from the conscious possession of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands dismissed.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application.
