Patna High Court LPA No.1809 of 2016 dt.25-07-2017 2/2 been abolished, now no relief can be granted to the appellant with regard to her termination from the post of Shiksha Mitra which was effected much before the cut off date, the writ petition has been dismissed.

In doing so, the learned Writ Court has not committed any error warranting reconsideration. The Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed.
