The petitioner seeks bail in Chandramandih P.S. Case No.87 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that one country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 3.11.2016. It is mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition that he has no criminal antecedent. From the seizure list, it appears that one country made pistol has been recovered from the petitioner. There is no mention of recovery of any cartridge along with pistol. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4374 of 2017 (2) dt.10-02-2017 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Chandramandih P.S.
