JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2017 Learned counsel for the Bihar State Cooperative Marketing Union Ltd., Patna raised a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the writ application. He submits that now the issue stands settled by the Special Bench of this Court in the case of the Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Limited vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., [2014(1) PLJR, 695]. That being so, the writ application is disposed of as not maintainable.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to seek his remedy before appropriate forum.
