Shri Bharat Bhushan, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE SHRI JUSTICE DHARNIDHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard.
Let the petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail. The Court is of the opinion that it is a frivolous petition filed unnecessarily before this Court and that too after having withdrawn the first petition from the court of the learned Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra to renew the prayer again before that Court after four years and the counsel who had appeared right from the lower court up to this Court did not have the simple courtesy of applying himself to the facts of the case as in the opinion of the Court if that had been done, a true advise should have been rendered to the petitioners not to go for anticipatory bail.
With above observation, this petition is dismissed. (Dharnidhar Jha, J.) Sanjay/- U T
