At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Phulwaria, District-Gopalganj for filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with
Patna High Court CWJC No.773 of 2019(3) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 the aforesaid liberty and in case, appropriate petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Phulwaria, DistrictGopalganj, shall take appropriate steps, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
