The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No.256 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation of the informant is that the marriage of his daughter was performed with Munna Prasad, the son of the petitioner. On 10.07.2016, the daughter of the informant alongwith her two children were ousted from her matrimonial house by her husband and in-laws and, thereafter, she came to the house of the informant. On 14.07.2016, Munna Prasad, the husband of the daughter of the informant, came to the house of the

No.3891 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 informant and took her daughter in Bidai but on 17.07.2016, the informant received information about committing the murder of his daughter by her husband and in-laws by hanging her. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, and has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, the petitioner used to reside with the deceased, the daughter of the informant, and her husband. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Divya Mita, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Patna, in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No.256 of 2016. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U
