JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Khazekala P. S. Case No. 217 of 2017 disclosing offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. the son of the informant has gone away and he is still trace-less and he suspects the hand of the petitioner in causing his death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that either in the F.I.R. or in the investigation, there is nothing against them, except suspicion and considering the same, one other co-accused has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna City, Patna, in connection with Khazekala P.
