The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Muffasil (Dhobaha OP) P. S. Case No. 390 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
It is alleged that total 50 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the hut of petitioner. It is further alleged that 75 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from the joint house of petitioner and other accused persons, namely Rajeshwar Yadav and Jitan Yadav.
It is mentioned in para 3 of bail petition that three more cases of Excise Act is pending against this petitioner.

Keeping in view the period of custody spent by petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 4th Addl. Sessions Judge cum Spl. Judge, Excise Act, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil (Dhobaha OP) P. S. Case No. 390 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. The petitioner will file affidavit at the time of filing bail bond that he would not indulge in such type of activity in future. In the event, he is found indulged in such type of activity, his bail bond in the instant case will liable to be cancelled. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
