====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Bhojpur at Ara as well as AC to GP-12.

Second supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of Municipal Corporation and from para-4 thereof, it is apparent that Rs.7,76,832/- has already been deposited in Account No.237710100012251, through Cheque No.554647 dated 08.01.2016, in Andhara Bank, Ara.

That being so, the purpose of instant contempt

Patna High Court MJC No.716 of 2014 (12) dt.29-02-2016 petition is found saturated one. As such, instant contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.

The learned counsel for the petitioner raised so many grounds, including having not been arrayed as a party in any civil suit, rate of compensation for that petitioner will have independent cause of action whereupon she, if she so desires, may proceed independently in accordance with law.
