In view of the facts and circumstances and nature of accusation, the court instead of exercising jurisdiction under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. proposes to dispose of the present petition granting liberty to the petitioners to appear before the court below and make a prayer for grant of regular bail. If such petition is filed within a period of eight weeks from today, the learned Magistrate before whom the case is pending may consider the case of petitioners in its right perspective without being prejudiced with this order and pass appropriate order in accordance with law on the same day. The Court may consider the case of the petitioners sympathetically and pass appropriate order
