Patna High Court CWJC No.18166 of 2016 (2) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 05-07-2017 Mr. Abhay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Anjani Kumar, AAG 4 for the State. The writ petition has been listed at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the issue raised and the relief claimed in the writ petition was a subject matter of C.W.J.C.No.11550 of 2016 which has been disposed of on 24.1.2017 along with other analogous cases.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the issue raised and the relief prayed in this writ petition is identical to the matter in contest to the C.W.J.C.No.11550 of 2016 (Shambhu Kumar & Ors. Vs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and thus this writ petition can be disposed of on similar terms. Learned State counsel has no objection to this request.
