The present application has been preferred: for quashing notice as contained in the letter number308 and 309(Annexure-) issued in Land Ceiling case number 3 of 1984-85 (Original L.C.Case number 187 of 1973-74) State Versus Awadhesh Kumar Singh, by which the delivery of possession of the land is going to be given to the settleemand also for quashing for the notification under section 1910 and Sec,

Patna High Court CWJC No.23952 of 2018(2) dt.11-11-2025 2/2 15(i) of the Bihar Land Reforms (fixation of ceiling area and acquisition of surplus land) act 1961, hereinafter referred to as the act, published in the district gazette number 1 dated 25.6.1982 and 17 dated 7-1-1985 respectively (Annexure- 6 and 7 ).

3. At the outset, learned State Counsel pointed out that the petitioner rushed to this Court on receiving the notices.

4. learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate steps shall be taken in accordance with law on the notice so issued by the respondent.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
