2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S.Case No. 214 of 2022.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with other accused persons came to the Darwaja of the informant and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39682 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 started assaulting him. When the brother of the informant came to his rescue, the petitioners Santosh Ray and Vidyanand Ray also assaulted the brother of the informant with iron rods.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedents. The impugned order itself shows that the injuries suffered by the injured are simple in nature.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S.Case No. 214 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
