Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for offence under Sections 323, 341, 380, 420, 448, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code while this Court was inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail but then taking into account that the petitioner is a habitual offender inasmuch as there are four other criminal cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to a person like the petitioner.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected, but then nothing said in this order, however, shall come in the way of the petitioner in surrendering
