Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 360 of 2016/59 of 2016 arising out of Pali P.S. Case No. 9 of 2016 registered under Sections 399,402,353,307 of the I.P.C and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from his possession and the police has prepared false seizure list. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 27793 of 2016 vide order dated 13.07.2016. Also he is in custody since 28.02.2016.
