The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.83 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the Mediator's report. It appears that the parties have amicably settled their dispute outside the court. Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the report of the Mediator, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
