JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and perused the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure sent by the court of ACJM, Bagaha pursuant to the order dated 16.09.2019. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chautarwa (Bathwariya) P.S. Case No.105 of 2018 registered under Sections 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has specifically alleged that the petitioner and one Sujit forcibly abducted her and after few days they sold her to an old lady after realizing Rs.1,50,000/-, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application for bail is rejected.
