The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hisua P.S. Case No.51 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a), 30(d), 41 and 52 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery has been made from the East side of PAX godown near Bhelu Bigha. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48552 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.51 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
