JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 323,372,376 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to the First Information Report, submits that the story is highly improbable and has further contended that the informant herself not supported the prosecution version subsequently.

In view of the submission as above, let petitioner above named in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from

No.19367 of 2015 (3) dt.23-07-2015 today in the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari East Champaran in Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014 ( G.R. No. 2479 of 2014), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
