The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For directing and commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner as a class III employee in place of Class IV peon-cumcleaner on the compassionate basis as he has having the all requisite minimum qualification for Class III employee and also on the basis of recommendation given by the competent

(ii) And also treat the petitioner as class III employee from the initial date of joining."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
