Petitioner is accused in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 168 of 2018 registered under Sections 366, 341 and 323 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that there was engagement ceremony of the petitioner with the victim. There are sufficient materials on record to show the marriage of the petitioner with the victim. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.12.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36145 of 2019(3) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 168 of 2018.
