2. It transpires to this Court that cause of action for the petitioner has been arisen in the year 1981, but he moved before this Hon'ble Court by filing the writ petition in the year 2018 i.e. after lapse of about 37 years.
3. Learned counsel for the State submits that it is not
Patna High Court CWJC No.24843 of 2018(5) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 the first time, rather, the petitioner has moved thrice before the Court.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the permission may be granted to him to withdraw the present writ petition.
5. Permission granted.
6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
