Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahammadpur P.S. Case No. 256 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Moreover, the petitioner undertakes to pay Rs. 2000/- per month to his wife for her maintenance, as stated in the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
