Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to secretarial inadvertence in the order dated 4.9.2015 at page no. 2 the date of the impugned order has wrongly been typed as 11.2.2013 in place of 11.2.2015.

I find substance in the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, in the aforesaid order dated 4.9.2015 at page 2 the date of the impugned order typed as 11.2.2013 be read as 11.2.2015.
